Why a base fee plus per-user pricing?
The base covers what every business needs — projects, dashboards, reports, support, and hosting. The per-user fee scales with your team. The more people you add, the cheaper each seat becomes, because the base stays the same.
What counts as a user?
Anyone you invite to Norv with a login — managers, supervisors, and field workers who clock in. Clients viewing their own project (coming in v2) won't count.
What happens after the trial?
You add a payment method to keep going. Without one your account becomes read-only — your data stays safe and nothing is deleted — until you subscribe.
