How is my price worked out?
By how many workers are counting toward your plan. Each band is one flat monthly price, so hiring inside a band costs nothing extra.
What counts as a worker?
Anyone who actually works. A worker starts counting 14 days after their first scheduled shift or first clock-in, so someone who comes on for a short job and leaves never reaches your invoice. Office staff who are never scheduled, and anyone you deactivate, never count either.
What happens when my crew grows?
Your plan moves to the next band at your next renewal - never mid-month, and never as a surprise charge. Your billing page shows the change before it happens.
What happens after the trial?
You add a payment method to keep going. Without one your account becomes read-only — your data stays safe and nothing is deleted — until you subscribe.
