Privacy Policy

Version 2026-05-25

How NORV handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), client records (name, contact, ABN, address), and — for employees — your clock-in location when you punch in.

How we use it

To run your workspace: scheduling, geofenced clock-in, cost tracking, billing and support. We do not sell your data.

How we protect it

Encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive fields — phone, ABN, address and clock-in location — are encrypted at rest; passwords are hashed; access is limited to your own company. See the security posture in ADR 0024.

Access & correction

You can request a copy of, or a correction to, the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
